Why Support AMP + JumpstART?
We are so excited to kick off our 2023-24 season with you in another year where we greatly need your support. Post-pandemic/lockdown, we have been actively working to successfully expand our programming offerings! Last year, we supported our communities by increasing the number of local choreographer commissions, the performance opportunities for professional dancers and audiences, and the number/styles of master class workshops offered.
All money raised helps us fund our 2023-24 Activities:
AMP’s Debut Performance @ The Cowles Center for Dance (November 4th + 5th, 2023) - AMP will be performing in The Goodale Theater for the first time as part of the 2nd Annual Fall Forward Festival. More info.
12th Season Performance @ The Southern Theater (March 15-17th, 2024) - We will continue to serve our artists and audiences with the eclectic and engaging performances featuring a variety of artists.
Community Education + Engagement Events - Alongside our performances, we will provide supplemental events and materials to help our community deepen their understanding and appreciation for the dance art form.
Public Classes + Workshops - AMP will continue to offer classes and workshops that support Twin Cities adult students in their artistic and creative development. Includes weekly classes, the Winter Workshop, and our Summer Workshop + Auditions.
Engaging Local Artists Through Commissions - One of the ways AMP is unique is how we continue to feature artistic collaboration within and outside of dance with local artists and choreographers.
We look forward to seeing you!
