Why Support AMP + JumpstART?
We are still rebuilding from the pandemic’s monumental effects and this year, we are raising money to expand AMP’s programs and activities:
Commissioning local dance artists to create new works for Twin Cities audiences.
Producing two mainstage productions: ViewPoints ’22 (October) and our 11th Season Performance (April), both at The Southern Theater.
Creating audience engagement resources that invite audiences into the process of making dance, making their connections.
Supporting Twin Cities community of professional artists in their development through performance opportunities, workshops, classes.
We can't wait to see you there for a fun and exciting event!

- As has been the case for many, the last three years have been our most challenging as a dance non-profit org. We also believe even more the power of the arts to heal and understand our world. We have adapted at every stage of the pandemic: turning canceled shows into dance films, teaching online classes, rehearsing/performing in outdoors, and hosting masked events and workshops.
