Move BIG while building awareness + exploring the expansive physicality possible in the body. Within an empowering environment, we will utilize improvised + structured movement vocabulary to research freedom, 3-D expansion, mobility, rigor, presence, choice-making, + agency.
Led by AMP Director, Joanna Lees. Suitable for Professional, Pre-Professional, and/or Intermediate/Advanced movers, ages 18+. Knee pads recommended. This is a great way to keep moving over school or holiday breaks. Come as you are! |
